Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Introduction

At Flowlange, we prepared this Cookie Policy to explain the use of cookies and similar technologies placed on your device when you use flowlange.com, Flowlange Studio, Flow pages, and our related services. This policy explains what cookies are, why they are used, which types of cookies may be used, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. Through cookies, a website may:

  • maintain your session
  • remember your preferences
  • provide security
  • analyze site usage
  • ensure services work correctly
  • measure performance
  • support marketing and advertising activities

In addition to cookies, local storage, session storage, SDKs, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies may be used for similar purposes.

2. Why Does Flowlange Use Cookies?

Flowlange may use cookies and similar technologies primarily for essential and technical purposes. Cookies may be used for session management, authentication, security, authorization, preserving Workspace and user context, fraud and abuse prevention, security controls, user preferences, and technical error and performance management required for the Service to function. Without these technologies, some parts of the Platform may not work properly.

4. First-Party and Third-Party Cookies

First-party cookies are used directly by Flowlange or on Flowlange's behalf, such as for session, security, and user preference technologies. Third-party cookies may be placed by service providers used by Flowlange, such as analytics, advertising and marketing, payment, security, support, and external integration services. Third parties may have their own privacy and cookie policies.

5. Flowlange Studio and User-Created Flows

One of Flowlange's key features is that users can create their own Flows. A Flow owner or administrator may add third-party analytics, advertising, marketing, or similar technologies to their Flow. In that case, data collected through the Flow may come from integrations chosen by the Flow creator, not only from Flowlange's own service use. If you are a Flow owner, you may be responsible for providing required notices and applicable consent mechanisms for cookies and tracking technologies used in your Flow. Flowlange may not control every third-party technology used in each user-created Flow.

6. Managing Cookie Preferences

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser. Most modern browsers offer options to block all cookies, block specific cookies, delete existing cookies, block third-party cookies, and show warnings about cookie use. However, if essential cookies are blocked, some Flowlange features such as sign-in, session, security, Studio, and Workspace may not work properly.

7. Cookie Preference Center

Where required technical infrastructure and consent mechanisms are implemented, Flowlange may allow users to manage cookie category preferences through a Cookie Preference Center. User preferences are considered in the use of relevant technologies where applicable. Essential technical technologies may remain outside preference controls because they are required to keep the Service secure and operational.

8. Technologies Used

Depending on Flowlange's technical architecture and services used, the following technologies may be used:

  • Authentication / Session Cookies — Session and authentication
  • Security Cookies — Security and abuse prevention
  • Preference Storage — User preferences
  • Google Analytics — Analytics and usage measurement
  • Google Tag Manager — Tag management
  • Microsoft Clarity — Usage and behavior analysis
  • Hotjar — Usage analysis
  • Mixpanel — Product analytics
  • Amplitude — Product analytics
  • Google Ads — Advertising and conversion measurement
  • Meta Pixel — Advertising and conversion measurement
  • TikTok Pixel — Advertising and conversion measurement
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — Advertising and conversion measurement

Note: Not all third-party services listed may be active at all times. Services used may vary based on product features, configuration, and technical changes over time.

9. Third-Party Services

Flowlange may use third-party service providers to deliver some services. These may include Cloudflare, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Resend, analytics providers, payment providers, and integration providers. Those providers may have their own cookie and privacy policies. Their own policies also apply to processing they perform in their own systems.

10. Cookies and Personal Data

Information obtained through some cookies or similar technologies may constitute personal data under applicable law. Flowlange may process such data for providing services, security, authentication, user preferences, analysis, service improvement, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. For more detail on personal data processing, see the Flowlange Privacy Policy and, where applicable, separate notice texts. This Cookie Policy does not replace activity-specific notices required by law.

11. Cookie Retention Periods

Cookie retention periods vary by purpose and technical structure. Session cookies may be deleted when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies may remain on the device for a defined period and may be deleted automatically afterward. Third-party cookie retention depends on the relevant provider's configuration and policy. Flowlange aims to apply reasonable technical and operational measures to avoid retaining cookies longer than necessary.

12. Deleting Cookies

You may delete previously stored cookies at any time through your browser settings. However, deleting cookies may close your session, reset saved preferences, require reconfiguration of some Platform features, and temporarily prevent some features from working.

13. Security

Cookies and session technologies are part of Flowlange's security architecture. Where applicable, security mechanisms such as Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite, HTTPS, access control, session lifetime management, and abuse prevention may be used. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can guarantee absolute security.

14. Use by Children

Flowlange is not designed as a standalone service directed at children. If personal data relating to children is collected through Flowlange, the relevant Flow owner or user is responsible for obtaining required consent, providing notices, and fulfilling other obligations under applicable law.

15. Changes to This Cookie Policy

Flowlange may update this Cookie Policy due to technical changes, new services, changes in third-party services used, legal or regulatory requirements, and changes in security and privacy practices. The current version is always published on Flowlange. For material changes, users may be additionally informed where applicable.
