Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

Flowlange ("Flowlange", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is a SaaS platform that enables users to create, publish, and manage digital experiences, Flows, forms, web pages, data collection systems, customer management, workflows, automations, and similar digital services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowlange Platform. Flowlange is not currently operating under a separate registered company or legal entity. For this reason, "Flowlange" is used as the service provider and contracting party under these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

In these Terms: "Platform" means the web application, Studio, API, public Flow infrastructure, integrations, and all related services provided by Flowlange. "Flow" means a digital experience, form, page, website, survey, booking system, data collection interface, or similar structure created by a user through Flowlange Studio. "Studio" means the Flowlange development/editor environment used to create and edit Flows. "User" means the person using the Platform on behalf of an individual or legal entity that creates a Flowlange account. "Workspace" means the workspace where a user manages Flows, members, data, settings, and other resources. "Customer Content" means text, images, files, Flows, data, records, and other content uploaded to or created on the Platform by a user. "Response" means data or content submitted by third parties through a Flow. "Paid Plan" means subscription plans offered by Flowlange for a fee.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Flowlange account, using the Platform, or purchasing a paid subscription, you confirm that: • you have read these Terms, • you accept these Terms, • you have the authority to use Flowlange, • the information you provide is accurate and current. If you use Flowlange on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. Account Creation

You must create an account to use certain Platform features. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information, keep account details up to date, protect your account securely, not allow others to use your account, and remain responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, you must notify Flowlange as soon as possible.

5. Age and Legal Capacity

You must have sufficient legal capacity in your country to enter into a contract and use the Platform. If minors use the Platform, applicable legal requirements must be met by the user or relevant customer. Flowlange is not a standalone service directed at children.

6. Workspace and Team Use

Flowlange may allow users to create Workspaces and collaborate with team members. Workspace owners or authorized administrators may add or remove members, assign roles, manage permissions, and control access to Flows. Workspace administrators are responsible for configuring access permissions correctly within the Workspace.

7. Flowlange Services

Features offered by Flowlange may change over time. The Platform may include:

  • Flow creation
  • web page creation
  • forms and data collection
  • surveys
  • booking
  • customer management
  • CRM
  • team and assignment
  • workflows
  • automation
  • SLA
  • notifications
  • API
  • webhooks
  • integrations
  • AI-powered features
  • analytics
  • file uploads
  • embed
  • public sharing

The presence of a feature on the Platform does not mean it is available on every plan. Access to features may depend on your plan, usage limits, and technical requirements.

8. Free Plan

Flowlange may offer certain features free of charge. The free plan may include limits on Flow count, Workspace count, user count, response count, AI usage, storage, and API usage. We aim to manage free plan scope and limits without retroactive changes without notice, but Flowlange reserves the right to change free plan features or limits in the future. Changes will be announced as required by applicable law.

10. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions may be offered with monthly, annual, or other billing periods. Unless cancelled, your subscription may renew at the end of the relevant billing period according to the applicable payment terms. Renewal terms are shown to the user at purchase. You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date from the billing/subscription management area on the Platform.

11. Payments

Flowlange may use third-party payment services for payment processing. Your payment information may be processed in the relevant payment provider's infrastructure. Flowlange may not store full payment card details in its own systems. The payment provider's own terms and privacy policy may also apply.

12. Taxes

Whether applicable taxes and similar legal financial obligations are included in Platform prices is shown at purchase. Additional tax obligations may apply depending on your country or region. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

13. Plan Changes

Where permitted by the Platform, you may upgrade your plan, downgrade your plan, or cancel your subscription. The effective date and billing method for upgrade or downgrade operations are shown at purchase or on the relevant billing screen.

14. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the Platform or support channels. Cancellation may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the relevant plan and payment provider terms. Cancellation does not automatically eliminate payment obligations that have already accrued.

15. Refunds

Refund conditions are assessed based on the nature of the purchased product or service, applicable payment terms, and applicable consumer law. Refund policy is also explained on /refund-policy. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived by any provision in these Terms. Türkiye consumer law includes separate rules for subscription contracts and distance contracts; Flowlange's actual payment flow should be reviewed by legal counsel against applicable law. The Ministry of Trade publishes secondary regulations including the Subscription Contracts Regulation under current consumer legislation.

16. Payment Failure

If a payment fails, Flowlange may notify you, attempt to collect payment again, change subscription status, restrict access to paid features, or suspend the account or certain features. The action taken depends on subscription status and information received from the relevant payment provider.

17. Usage Limits

Each plan may be subject to usage limits. For example:

  • Flow count
  • Workspace count
  • team member count
  • Response count
  • AI Action count
  • API usage
  • storage

If a limit is exceeded, Flowlange may reject the relevant operation, restrict usage, or suggest upgrading to a higher plan.

18. Customer Content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of content you upload to or create on the Platform. Flowlange does not take ownership of Customer Content. However, to provide the Platform, we may host, store, process, display, technically transmit, back up, and transform Customer Content as necessary. This use is limited to what is necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

19. Responsibility for User Content

You are responsible for content you upload to or publish through the Platform. In particular, you must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions regarding personal data, copyrighted content, brand and logo use, images, videos, user records, and customer data.

20. Responsibility of Flow Creators

If you create a Flow that collects data from others through Flowlange, you are responsible for determining what data you collect, why you collect it, your legal basis, who you share it with, and how long you retain it, and for providing notices required by applicable law. Flowlange provides technical infrastructure; it does not guarantee the legal compliance of Flows you create.

21. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Flowlange for:

  • illegal activity
  • fraud
  • phishing
  • identity theft
  • malware distribution
  • unauthorized access
  • account takeover
  • spam
  • harmful automation
  • unauthorized security testing
  • attacks on other systems
  • unlawful collection of personal data
  • creation or distribution of child sexual abuse material
  • impersonation
  • content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • damaging Platform infrastructure
  • attempting to bypass usage limits or security mechanisms

22. API Use

Users of the Flowlange API must keep API keys confidential, not share API keys with third parties, comply with usage limits, not attempt to exceed rate limits, and not perform illegal or harmful operations through the API. Flowlange may revoke API keys or restrict API access for security reasons.

23. Webhooks and Integrations

Flowlange may provide integration and webhook features with third-party services. You are responsible for the accuracy of integration information, required authorizations, and compliance with third-party service terms. Flowlange is not responsible for interruptions in third-party services.

24. AI Features

Flowlange may use artificial intelligence technologies in some features. AI features may be used for Flow creation, content generation, classification, recommendations, data analysis, and operational tasks. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before use.

25. Actions Performed by AI

Flowlange AI features may perform actions authorized by the user in some cases. These may include data creation, classification, assignment, CRM operations, workflow operations, and notifications. The actions AI features can actually perform depend on the scope of the relevant Platform features. Appropriate authorization and security controls apply to actions performed by AI.

26. Use of AI Outputs

AI outputs should not be used as the sole basis for professional, legal, financial, medical, or other high-risk decisions. You must evaluate the accuracy and suitability of AI outputs. Flowlange does not guarantee that AI outputs will always be error-free.

27. Intellectual Property

Flowlange's software, interface, brand elements, logo, design, code, documentation, and Platform content belong to Flowlange or relevant rights holders. These Terms do not transfer Flowlange intellectual property to you.

28. Flowlange Brand

The Flowlange name, logo, and brand elements are Flowlange brand assets. Without written permission, you may not copy the brand, modify the brand, or mislead users into believing you have an official partnership with Flowlange.

29. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party services for:

  • payment
  • email
  • AI
  • analytics
  • OAuth
  • CRM
  • automation
  • hosting
  • storage

Those services' own terms may apply. Flowlange does not guarantee continuity of third-party services.

30. Service Availability

Flowlange does not guarantee that the Platform will operate continuously or without interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security incidents, infrastructure failures, or third-party service interruptions. Planned maintenance is intended to be announced in advance where possible.

31. Beta and Experimental Features

Flowlange may offer some features as beta, preview, or experimental. These features may change, be limited, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable. Different terms may apply to beta features.

32. Suspension of Account or Service

Flowlange may temporarily suspend your account or certain features in the following cases:

  • violation of these Terms
  • illegal use
  • security risk
  • suspected fraud
  • payment issues
  • attacks on the Platform
  • serious abuse

Where possible and appropriate, we aim to inform the user.

33. Termination of Account

You may close your account. Flowlange may also terminate an account if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly violated. Upon termination, access to the Platform may end, Flows may become inaccessible, public experiences may be removed, and subscriptions may end. Information that must be retained by law may be kept for the relevant period.

34. Data Export

Flowlange may allow users to export their data on certain plans or features. Supported export formats and scope may vary by Platform features. You are responsible for exporting necessary data before closing your account.

35. Privacy

Processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at https://flowlange.com/privacy. These Terms and the Privacy Policy serve different purposes. Under official KVKK guidance, a general privacy policy does not automatically fulfill the notice obligation that must be provided at the time of data collection.

36. Security

Flowlange aims to implement technical and organizational security measures to protect the Platform. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should use strong passwords, not share account credentials, protect API keys, and notify Flowlange if unauthorized access is suspected.

37. Security Vulnerability Reporting

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on the Platform, you may report it to security@flowlange.com. We expect security researchers not to access user data and not to perform tests that disrupt Platform operation.

38. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowlange cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of profit, or third-party service interruptions. This section is not intended to eliminate mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

39. Indemnification by User

You may be responsible, within applicable law, for claims by third parties against Flowlange arising from your violation of these Terms, publication of unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful data collection through a Flow, or misuse of the Platform.

40. Force Majeure

Flowlange may not be liable, within applicable law, for service interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters
  • war
  • large-scale internet outages
  • cyberattacks
  • infrastructure failures
  • third-party service interruptions
  • government authority decisions

41. Changes to Terms

Flowlange may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, users will be informed through appropriate methods where applicable. Updated Terms apply from the date published on the Platform; a different effective date may be stated where required.

42. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. The invalid provision is deemed replaced by the valid provision closest in purpose under applicable law.

43. Waiver

Flowlange's failure to enforce a right or provision in a particular situation does not mean a waiver of that right or provision in the future.

44. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies and terms expressly stated on the Platform, form the basis of the agreement regarding use of Flowlange services. If special terms are published for a specific service, those special terms may prevail for that service.

45. Governing Law

In applying these Terms, applicable law is considered, subject to mandatory consumer and personal data legislation. If Flowlange's company or legal entity structure changes in the future, this section and related legal information may be revised.

46. Disputes

Users may first seek to resolve disputes by contacting Flowlange. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies, and competent authorities for consumer transactions remain reserved. No provision is to be interpreted as limiting mandatory consumer rights.
